PATHETIC SERVICE - Refund that ahs taken 2 YEARS

<p>5/11/2014 I requested a refund on my account due to a double payment taken off my account. 2016, 2 YEARS LATER AND STILL NO MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How unproffessional and incompetant. After all the times i have been promised that I will recieve my money STILL NOTHING 2 YEARS LATER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I deserve interest on that money I have requested to be returned to me. I will MAKE SURE that STD Bank gets mentioned in the newspaper. I have even gone this far to go to the ombudsman but still no luck. MPO Was dealing with the matter and she is very unproffessional and imcompetant . Last feedback i got from her was in 2015 middle of the year. STD Bank doesnt even reply to my messages. I have even been inside the bank to try and resolve this as i got told it takes 2 weeks for a refund. I have all the proof I need to make sure I Can go to the newspaper regarding this.</p> <p>SO I have logged another call with STD Bank regarding my refund is May 2016 AGAIN. AND GUESS WHAT STILL NO MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER I GOT TOLD IT TAKES TWO WEEKS TO REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
