Pathetic service received and o accountability

Absolutely upset is an under statement with Standard Bank. Had *****ulent transactions and needed to stop my credit card. Requested it be delivered home to avoid the R180 as opposed to fetching from bank. Now card is delivered to branch. After numerous calls with even my current account with *****ulent charges...mixed issues..right hand does not know what left hand is doing. I want someone from high up management to call me.
