Pathetic service of Standard Bank

I called This stupid bank because SARS wanted my bank statements from Dec 2020 to Feb2021 and after the agent putting me on hold for more than 30 minutes came back and told me that it will take them 1 week to get the statements. She told me that i should go to the branch even after I told here that i was covid positive. This is the worst bank to deal with. They should just shut it down. Is your system that stupid that it takes a week to pull statements?
