Pathetic Service!! Lack of common courtesy

I have been trying to cancel my HOC on my bond for a few weeks now. When I first had the bond approved, Std bank could not stop calling me. Now that I want to cancel, they are behaving like ghosts. After a few attempts to get to speak to a "person", I got an email from Levan Deepnarain requesting for some info. I responded to the email with the required info. Do you think he will have the decency / courtesy to even acknowledge my email? Not a chance. Std bank HOC is pathetic and I would not recommend them to anyone.
