Pathetic service from Standbank bank

Been banking with Std Bank for more than 10yrs.I recently joined prestige banking, paying a damn hefty fee of R179 per month-but for what??? They say that you get a prestige banker at your service at anytime - trying getting them to help you or even return your emails and calls!I joined Std bank Alice lane Sandton expecting excellent service since they are always so quite in their branches. I had to leave messages upon messages for the prestige banker to get back to me until I got a hold of the branch manager who was helpful.I asked to be moved to the Sandton city branch as I received bad attitude from the new prestige banker that had started at Alice lane -unfortunately they had given all new clients to her-pathetic attitude! Moved to Sandton City,same problem with them.I left tons of messages for Nagvadari Sulaiman(BM) to sort the problems out-he called me once promising a whole lot of better services and promised to call back-2 months and still no call-reads my emails and ignores.Dnt even bothetr complaining to Complaints Resolution centre.They are unhelpful!Lerato for CRC has been extremely unhelpful,does not return your calls!Pathetic service all round.I will be changing banks
