Pathetic Service from StandardBank Home Insurance

Hi, I logged a call 1month ago after the horrible storm we had in Jhb. Std Bank sent out their accessors who said it will be covered. Std Bank then approved the quote of the company appointed. Its now 1 month later and NO WORK has been done. Yet they debit me for insurance. I deal with Masutha Welheminah who advised they will come sort out 1 month ago. Still nothing. I mailed this person so many times and they dont have the decency to reply. I am now going to go to the Ombudsman if Std Bank does not wake up..........USELESS SERVICE !!!

Clint, responding to this with NO ACTION and NO CALL to me is just as bad. Std Bank insurance is damn useless. I am sitting on my mobile for 15min waiting for someone to answer. This has been going on for 3 days in a row. Your service is ****.........get this matter resolved or I want a refund on all my premiums............i am so angry you have no clue so dont reply on this forum to let people know you taking care of it when you did nothing as I spoke to 2 consultants on the complaints department who firstly said nothing is done from your side and secondly they also failed to do anything. USELESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
