PATHETIC SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK STUDENT LOAN DEPARTMENT

My daughter obtained her 1st student loan approximately January 2012. Student Loan for Ariska Reilly nr ***. We never receive any balance statements. If we contact Student Loans Dept they refer us to the bank, the bank refers us back to Student Loans. Requested them to email statements to me but still nothing. Received 1 statement at beginning of loan when they said we are not paying enough, although we have been paying according to THEIR DEBIT ORDER. Have been paying ever since without knowing what balance is. PATHETIC SERVICE! NON-EXISTING SERVICE!! Will someone contact me if I stop paying??!!
