Pathetic service from Standard Bank Private Clients

I have been a standard Bank Private client for almost 8 years. Without any notice I received a email from my banker that he will be going on early retirement. My account was transferred to a transaction banker after which if I phone now I get transferred to a call centre. I ask with whom I can take this up or who my banker is after which I was transferred and later cut off.
