Pathetic service from standard bank late estates

My mom passed away last year September 25th. Her will was with Standard Bank. We inform Standard Bank. She did not have insurance on her car to pay off outstanding debt. I asked standard bank if i can continue paying off the car and i get no response. What i get is that i have to pay them R20 000 to finish the process of finishing the late estate. I inform them i am waiting on my mom's payout of pension, etc so i cant give them money now. Standard Bank Vehicle Finance calls me to inform me that my mom's car is in arrears and vehicle is handed over to attorneys. I offered to continue paying the monthly installment as per credit agreement. Standard Bank says i must pay off entire R300 000 in 6 months. How? My mom had life cover on her home loan, cheque account, etc. Home loans inform me that credit installment will increase with x amount. Isn't the home loan supposed to be paid off. Is standard bank not supposed to handle all creditors on my mom's profile as they are all contacting me one by one. Why did she pay for a will with standard bank and what am I going to pay an entire R20 000 for if there is little to no communication, no guidance, nothing? The lady from standard bank tells me if I don't pay the R20 000 they have to withdraw from the pension fund and I have to go to master of high court. Are they going to pay back my mom's fees she paid for years and years for a will where I am told if I don't comply they will withdraw and I have to go to master of high court? I call and call and call late estates, standard bank vehicle finance, the attorneys, etc and I hold on and hold on and told I am 66th in the line. Who in this world can not become angry at such pathetic service? Mind you i have been with standard bank for over 20 years. All my accounts, my husband's accounts, our bond, vehicle finance, etc, all my mom's accounts, bond, vehicle, etc, everything is with standard bank. The moment this ordeal is finished, we are moving all our accounts from standard bank. I complained about the consultant from standard bank late estates. After two months I have to call her to tell her what is happening on my mom's accounts and I had to complain to her line manager. I got a response from line manager who threatens to withdraw from the late estate and also gives no direction. Standard Bank has been showing so much disrespect and when one is grieving the loss of your loved one, no one wants to deal with wrapping up your loved ones business with such terrible service. It is heartbreaking. My mom and us were loyal clients of standard bank. I would recommend this bank to no one.
