Pathetic service from Standard Bank Home loans

I have a bond with Standard bank home loans and have been trying to fix my interest rate on it since 2021 but have been given a run around. There have been 2 interest rates hikes since then and I'm not being assisted. Emails are ignored by them.

If you want to spare yourself a headache don't take a bond with Standard bank you will regret it!
