Pathetic Service from Standard Bank Forex Department
I have been trying unsuccessfully for a couple of weeks to trace a Forex payment into my Standard Bank account that has gone missing I have had zero success. Pathetic customer service. One acknowledgement of my several emails. Absolutely no response to.my telephonic enquiry. An agent by the name of Alice Ngcwabe was assigned to me. I have heard NOT word
