pathetic service from standard bank as usual

pathetic service once again from standard bank.it seems like standard bank goes out of its way to chase clients away. a simple task like finding out an outstanding balance becomes an impossible task with STANDARD bank. the incompetence and pathetic service has resulted in them losing one of many clients. i simply required the outstanding balance on my home loan butb the manager rita chamberlan with her disgusting and arrogant attitude let alone refused to give me the outstanding amount but refused to put me through to management above. it is no surprise when management itself has such a disgusting attitude, that the service of the entire standard bank is just disgusting.i would advice others to do business with any other bank except standard bank.they entire structure lacks integrity. its not the first time nor the last that i have been disgusted with the service of standard bank
