Pathetic service from Standard Bank

Im so fed up with Standard banks customer sevice, their phonelines are busy the whole time , they take a week to answer a email, there is no follow up on any queries , when they phone me back its a silent line , then theure arrogant as well , no staff member or representative will threaten me again .they cant even respond on a question .pathetic service
