Pathetic service from standard bank

I am very unhappy with the services regarding my accounts. I feel it's very unfair that I am being charged so much of interest although standard bank is aware of my situation. Firstly no one wanted to assist me with making arrangements for payment. The last few months I have been up and down to the bank, trying to settle my account but no one has been assisting me. Due to this the account has spiraled out of control. My initial debt is now tripled because of the interest. I need this matter to be attended to urgently!!!
