Pathetic service from Standard Bank

Standard bank is the worst service any bank can have, i have been sending emails and calling from OCtober 2020 and have been constantly given different email addresses and contact numbers. I paid my overdraft off and asked that no debits go off on my account however they bank debited me twice after receiving notice of my instruction. Now they refuse to refund the money they debited making me pay double for the revolving credit. further to that i now need to find the money to repay the overdraft then close the account. the staff in debt review is unhelpful and constantly sends you to other departments.
