PATHETIC SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK

Pathetic service from the Standard Bank Fordsburg branch. Requested statements which were sent to a wrong email address when new details were given. Since then been requesting the statements weekly from the staff. It's been 4 months!!! Still haven't received the statements. The staff are either never at the office or from wherever they're requesting the statements it's not sent. Just sickening to put my 80 year old grandmother through all this agony for months on end! Today I spoke to a member from the branch and I sarcastically said "It's okay I'll wait another 2 months for when you do get back into the office to sort my grandmothers issue out and she said 'okay you can wait another 2 months goodbye' ". She has also been telling us every week since March to come in the following Wednesday or Monday to collect the statements, we go in and there's no statements. Really, just unbelievable.
