Pathetic service from Standard Bank

Pathetic service from standard bank in Secunda. I was the next person in line for 1 and a half hours. Only 1 service consultant was available to help the people in line. The sales line was moving much faster which begs the question, does standard bank not care about servicing its current clients. Branch manager was totally unapologetic and had an excuse for every question asked of him. Staff did not care that some of us actually have jobs to get back too. Pathetic standard bank.
