Pathetic Service from Standard Bank

I was offered an upgrade on my credit card which i accepted 3 weeks ago. To date it has not being delivered futhermore the card in my possession has been cancelled due to the reissue of a new card but i have not received the new card so for 2 weeks i have been without a card. I eventually asked to cancel my credit card with Standard bank and that couldnt even be done as i have to wait for a R60 billing statement to be initiated.I am appalled at the pathetic service received!!!!!
