Pathetic service from home loans department and HOC

I have a new home loan with this stupid bank where we are being debited for a home loan and insurance. So we have been trying to cancel this stupid insurance as we have our own insurance cover already, but standard bank is giving us the run around with our own money. When we call the call center to get this insurance canceled we are getting stories even after they have received our own insurance cover documents. Standard bank is a stupid bank and I just knew that getting a home loan from them would result in this heartache that we experienced today. They want to eat our money even though we already have insurance with Better life insurance. This bank is a **** and they do not care about anyone but themselves, we as clients are just fools as we call but get no joy. I have been calling for over a monthw now but still sitting with the same dilemma. No ways man and speaking to Thandie from HOC did not even assist one bit.
