Pathetic service from ***** division

Still waiting for empty promises on my ***** case. Was called once since then they vanished .The call center knows nothing this is below par service. Standard bank has shown me true value in being useless as a service provider.

I've heard this sad story before please take your clients views and service delivery complaints more seriously your turn around time is acceptable in another Era. Don't take a closer look resolve the issue give me feedback simple, you've been looking for 3 weeks.
