Pathetic Service from Cleary Park branch
Last month my cousin made a mistake and deposited money at the atm into a correct account that is simi**** to mine. She went to Cleary Park Branch where Lungi who is very unprofessional assisted . Till today this matter is not resolved. R2400.00 is gone and no one is able to assist. This is the poorest service. I am definitely switching banks due to Standard banks slow service and unprofessional staff at the Cleary Park branch. Kindly resolve this urgently.
