Pathetic Service from BONGANI!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm very irriated right now.I called the your homeloans and I have taken from pillar to post by incompetant agent.I spoke to 4 people and and hour later am still on the phone.What king of service is this?Just to ask for settlemement letter,this is pathetic service I have ever got in my life ,I spoke to a guy by name of Bongane ,he refused fro me to talk to his manager and he transfered me to Credit Cards after he said I should hold on for his manager.He doesn't deserve to be working with your team,especially with people that worki with such high amounts,I value myself as you customer but you staff doesn't forgetting we pay their salaries
