Pathetic service!

Here we go again ... my last review was in October 2019 and to date, we have not gotten any further down the line with this matter. I have been "dealing" with Standard Trust Limited now since May 2017. As STD bank was the executor of my late father's Will, we have had no choice but to deal with them. We have had no luck regarding 2 policy payouts on my late father's estate. He passed away in November 2008 - yip, that's almost 12 years ago and we are still trying to get this policy paid out accordingly for my retired Mom to live. I have dealt with about 7 different consultants and each time we start from scratch. We are now at the point where Standard Bank is telling me that the original policy is no longer traceable. This is what we pay our hard earned rand's towards and in the end everyone makes it impossible to receive what your loved ones are due. I cannot recommend Standard Bank to anyone!
