Pathetic service
Pathetic service from Standard Bank to have an account suspension lifted. I requested an account to be suspended as a precaution against ***** - not it seems impossible to have the suspension lifted. I have spent hours on the phone and visiting the branch to resolve this and still nothing. Disgusting considering the thousands of Rand one pays in bank charges.
