Pathetic service by registering attorneys of Std

Good Day,<br> <br> Pls be advised that the bad service i've received is from bond registering attorneys which was appointed by Std Bank.<br> <br> I have had so much delays in having my bond registered due to delays & pathetic service i've received from Brink & Thomas Attorneys (Cape Town), who was appointed by Std Bank homeloans. To tell my complete story I would have to type a very long email, but to make the story short, my bond process (which was only a further bond on the existing one) started on the 19th of June'15. Today is 20th of August'15 & still my further bond is not registered.<br> <br> The attorney's (Brink & Thomas Cape Town) firstly took a full 3 weeks just to draft the papers to be signed, after eventually signing, they overlooked 3 documents to be signed which they only informed me about 4 days later. It was then only lodged with the deeds office another week later.<br> <br> Two weeks later(5th of August'15) they said the deeds office lost some documents & it got thrown out & needs to be re-lodged. <br> <br> Today 20th of August'15, it has still not been re-lodged for registration by the attorneys.<br> <br> I've had to resort to bridging finance on the 7th of August'15 & it's costing me R270 per day since then.<br>
