Pathetic service business banking services

Standard bank thanks for the awesome service from your business banking department. Such a pleasure to call on a Saturday only to be told i should call on Monday cos the business banking department was closed. I called this morning spoke to a consultant an hour ago and she promised to get back to me in 5 minutes. Am not sure if her watch broke and she lost track of time or well as usual standard bank doesn't value its customers. Ive emailed my business banker, branch manager and sent an email to complain about the service and guess what nobody has contacted me.

Such mind blowing and awesome service and someone will call me to apologize and try and help me. Wow
