Pathetic service.

It is rather annoying finding myself writing this rating because of something that wasn’t actioned and addressed. I paid off my credit card in May 2023 and need my payment profile updated which has not happened. I called your attorneys as soon as the account was settled and was promised a paid up letter and that my account will be updated however this has not taken place. It is appalling and disappointing that this has not happened to date. I want my paid up letter ASAP and want my payment profile updated. Ensure that my credit profile indicates that my account was paid up in May 2023.

I am looking forward to your solutioned feedback. Hope the bitter taste I have of the appalling service is the last that I have of your bank.
