Pathetic Service & bad attetude

Being with STD bank for 15 years, and a few offers for a credit card, which I have all declined, I now app**** for a cc. Thursday 02/07 I spoke to Mr T Daniels at Durbanville branch, I had a wrong payslip and promised to take the correct one the following morning. Before leaving I was told the cc had been ordered and would be at the branch in 5-7 days. Lie 1. No word from anybody, Saturday morning I enquired, a fellow consultant said no cc had been ordered. Mr Daniels said he did order the cc and card division requested a better copy of my ID, a copy he made. Again he confirmed that the card was ordered and will be at the branch on Monday or Tuesday - he did not say which Mon or Tue though. Lie 2 &amp
