PATHETIC SERVICE

I logged service request number *** to my get ITB3 tax certificate. All OTHER financial institutions already have this ready, except for standard bank. They CLOSED this service request without any answer. I had to phone today and after holding for 12 minutes, I just gave up. I cannot understand that this bank is still in business as they are not rendering a service at all.
