Pathetic service

i signed the contract on the 13th August 2024 regarding the revolving credit,on the 14th August 2024 they asked to get them the confirmation which i send to the at 16hoo pm and on the 15th at about 15:10 pm sharol called me informing me that head office says the cant get hold on the company on the telephone.i have checked with our human resource department if standard bank has called them and they said no.What has happened to me could have not happened if i was a white client.I strongly believe that my company would never ignore a telephone ringing in our premises,we are a client driven company. The customers pay our salary and customer is king to us.Please standardbank give me better service.A friend of mine went to standardbank to do a loan and was finalised the same day but mine took three days and i am still getting a raw deal with them.

On Thursday 15th August 2024, I received a SMS stating "Standard Bank: MOKOENA, your application for term loan has been provisionally approved, subject to submission of all the supporting documentation, speak to any consultant within the next seven days to finalize the best offer for you T & C's apply. this text i received at 16h30 pm Texting with +***(SMS/MMS)

Yesterday the 16th August 2024 i also received a call from Standard Bank number *** time12H22 pm ,Stating that i must contact Absa Bank because there is a ***** alert on my name and i must contact MULALO at Absa Bank on this numbers *** to clear this matter .The person that called me said her name was SIBO ,i tried calling her back after i tried calling the number she gave me and did not go through, So i called SIBO who said she never called me but called Mr MOKOENA and i said i don't know Mr. MOKOENA ,my surname is SEKGOTO and she said she never called Mr. SEKGOTO .
By the look of things i think there was a mixed-up of application. I hope this matter will be resolved urgently. If this kind of mistake van happen how more of saying they probably called a wrong number for confirmation of employment.
