Pathetic Service!!!!
I called the call centre to be asked to get through to Standard Bank ****arney branch cause nowhere on the website is there a direct number for that branch. I called 4 times and each consultant transfers the call and the call either gets cut or no one picks the phone. My god Standard Bank call centers can be so unprofessional. Totally disgusted with there service!!!! how is that the branches has not direct numbers????? What kind of business do they run???
