PATHETIC "SERVICE" AT STANDARD BANK VAAL MALL

<p>Standard Bank at the Vaal Mall are absolutely pathetic with the maintenance of their ATM's. The bank itself is currently closed for renovations so there is no way of getting service other than that from the ATM's which have not been working properly for AT LEAST 6 months. There is nothing more infuriating than having to stand in a queue for a long period of time just to finally get to the ATM and find out that it is out of order. EACH AND EVERY SINGLE ONE of the ATM's at Standard Bank in the Vaal Mall are faulty in one way or another. This is extremely disappointing and not only gives Standard Bank a bad image, but the Vaal Mall as well. What is the point of having a renovation and making the place look better if the service is lacking? It should be common sense that if you want to close a bank for renovations then the first thing to consider before doing so is making sure that people have an alternative option for service. It seems that because the bank is closed and nobody is there to listen to complaints, they simply do not care.</p>
