Pathetic service at standard bank Chatsworth

Went to the bank had a problem with the app. The consultants that wer outside wer useless. After me waiting for a hour to be assisted they said that they can't assist me and I can't go into the bank mind you with a trolley of goods. So wat u do in that case. Instead of trying to assist me they just sat and continued talking to each other. Useless bank, don't care about there customers
