Pathetic Service at Gateway
Staff members leave when the queues are long I don't understand the motto of this branch, it's my second time, and I'm here for collections, and no one is at the collection desk, you have to wait hours just to collect, and the staff is bitter and arrogant.
I can't take this, just this one branch will have me switch banks.
