Pathetic service and no srvice

Please tel me what is the point of having buisenes banking with standard bank if you can't get through to any of their numbers and no one returns you calls. My business banker Maria left east gate 2 years ago and no one has bothered to call me and tell me who my buisenes banking consultant is. <br> I'm seriously considering moving my bond and buiseness acc from standard bank to another.
