Pathetic Service actually No Service

Absolutely pathetic service from Standard Bank. People **********ly ***** money from a 85 year old and you cannot get a single person in Standard Bank to help. We have mailed people, we have been in branches we have sat on call centre queue but still no one wants help. I was told to mail *** and they don't even answer you. Seems like one would need to involve the ombudsman to get anything out of Standard Bank.
