Good day, i have messaged your social media team on Facebook who told me someone would be calling me. i am trying to understand how do i pay my credit card and when this amount will be debited. i don't want to make the payment and then you guys debit my account as well. So kindly advise when the payment will be going off or if i need to transfer funds into my account. I have tried to transfer funds into my credit card but its not working. I have also sent screen shots to the social media team but no response
