Pathetic Service

i recently took out a pension back loan from standard bank .. then i was told i had a profile as a prestige client but for some reason there is a block because no matter what i do i keep on being declined for something apparently for 2005 i phoned now 2 weeks keep going in and nothing is being done

i tried again to apply for a credit card which was rejected

i give up

lady at bedfordview assured me this will be sorted = nothing call centre agent assured me this will be cleared = nothing

so now Hello Peter is the next best option because i am fed up
