Pathetic Service

Good Day

I would like to express my frustration and disappointment at the service received from standard bank. I called earlier and one of your call centre agents picked up the phone ( very unfriendly) advising me that my account has been closed , I am not sure what reason. I was not even notified of this( no sms or email). If i didn't call the agent today, I would have not known that my account has been closed. Furthermore, prior to the agent assisting me the above query, he then just drops the phone in my ear, *********ly and unprofessional if you ask me.

I need someone to make contact with me ASAP and provide me with a manager's contact details and email address.
