Pathetic service

I think I have reached my frustration with Standard Bank. After getting retrenched from my job last year June, my credit life insurance had covered me and they asking me for proof for them covering me????? Can they not see the payments being made on the system. I had 2 loans with them. But the one loan they kept on asking me for payment every single month for the last 6months and me constantly telling them that's it's been covered. When i spoke to the 1 lady as well she said she could see it on the system and SOMEONE didn't do their job right by sending my documents through. This is realllly frustrating!!!!! Not only that but because of standard banks poor work, my credit rating has been effected by this, who is going to be responsible for this????????????

The employees in the branch couldn't even help me yet they make you stand in the enquiry line for hours, just for them to say you must phone and speak to them over the phone!!! That happened to me last month because obviously yet again Standard bank "did not know about my retrenchment"

Now the best part, after making a payment after they have covered my 6months, they hand my account to the lawyers AGAIN!!!! And when i phone the lawyer's they don't have anything on their system. But according to Standard bank I did not make a payment, but i have proof of the payment being made into that account of mine!

Absolutely disappointing service by Standard bank, after 15 years of being a loyal customer this is how you get treated, No Thank You! That to after loosing your job you have to deal with this BS, month after month.
