Pathetic Service

I would like to bring it to you attention that when something it paid up you cannot charge a daily interest fee. I have paid up my credit card and it even has a credit amount but to my biggest surprise i need to pay R 400 interest as i did not close the account immediately after making payment in full.

This is ****************. You owe me but i must make a payment?

its not enough that the interest are high, but knowingly because it was a need i did make use of the credit card. Now that i have paid it up i must continue to pay because i didnt want to close the account. Wow guess i am done with this pathetic services.
