Pathetic service

Worst service ever I mean I could not get a account confirmation letter because I don't have an email address I spoke to Zipho sidali I gave her authority to send a bank account confirmation to the sales person who was assisting me at webuycars however she denied telling that she's not allowed to send documents to a different email, I mean I don't even have a email address and I was in a remote place with no ATM's . Yesterday I went to the branch I was told that the service was down I mean I drove 45km just to be turned away, today I made means to call the contact centre but this is what I'm getting I need someone to call me I'm going to close this account because I don't see any use of using this bank. I don't recommend anyone to try and use this bank the service is bad.
