Pathetic service

I wrote a review a couple of months ago with regards to my late husbands Estate. Since then, I was called and promised something would be done! Well true to STD banks low standards, NOTHING has been done. Its been 4 years, very easy estate yet Std bank has failed to deliver. Warning to anyone wanting to leave their wills and estates with Std bank trust , Do not do it! Absolutely useless. Hope you will Not be billing us for all this work that has not been done!! Next step Ombudsman
