Pathetic service

<p>Most pathetic service ever. 2nd HelloPeter report on this matter.... I have escalated to the ombudsman and will do so again today.<br />I settled the account in full last week - I expect a full balance - and God help standard bank if the R84,000 was allocated incorrectly - via email by the end of today!!!!!!!!!!!!.<br />Do not bother phoning me, I refuse to speak to unless consultants. <br />Wow. Really beyond the poorest service ever!!!</p>

Haha a day later and still no feedback??? I did not expect better! Luckily for you I advised the ombudsman about this great service!!

I do require the balance - what have you done with my R84,000 payment ??????????????

Really!? You are really unable to provide service - WOW. I only asked what you did with my R84,000 payment. Worst place I have ever had to deal with. Why is it so difficult to do your job!!!!????
