Pathetic service

The service that I get with this company is is poor. After my application was declined with no proper reasons it was approved only after I complained about the matter, to make matters worse due to the delay on the bank's side I even lost the vehicle Buhle Xaba from Vehicle department called me and told me that I needed to get a new Offer to purchase and the deal will be amended with the details. After I gave them the new offer to purchase yesterday the deal is still not concluded due to internal matters that affect me as the client. The way this deal is going at you would be convinced that the bank is giving me the car for free. The last communication I received from Buhle was that a guy named Louis was dealing with it..does it really take 2 days to make adjustments on a already approved deal??? You make matters worse even the leadership won't bother to give you the decency to call you even when the escalation comes to them..
