PATHETIC SERVICE

Standard bank attorneys offered me a settlement discount on my loan accounts. two of them. i accepted and paid them both off simultaneously. However, come time to get the paid up letters, i was then told that the accounts were not paid in full. i have since been sent from pillar to post for over a month, making nearly 5 calls every day, and explaining myself over and over, and sending all required proof. very disapointed with this pathetic service.
