pathetic service
I have called numerous times, none of the agents are able to assist or resolve my query, i have emailed with no response received, i have requested a manager to contact me still nothing. This is going for over a month now, no one can explain the additional charges on my credit card. This is pathetic service to say the least. I will not recommend standard bank to anyone
