Pathetic Service
Went to Standard bank Vaal Mall today in Vanderbijlpark.... Just to FICA. The que (which was only 9 customers long) took me 46 minutes to finally be assisted.... Then it took 15 minutes to do my FICA. I am mainly an FNB customer and is used to this process taking 5 - 10 minutes... I cant understand that the banking industry in SA is so massive and this is the (I dont care) attitude they have.
