Pathetic service
I have been on saturday to the n1 city branch, how pathetic it is to have ONE TELLER MONTH END, you wait 1 hour just to see a consultant?,no branch manager in sight! N1 city use to be my no1 branch! But lately its service has gone down the drain! Never a manager on the floor,staff running around,where are the days we could engage with our branch managers? A few months ago i saw a manager assisting clients,but now you see no manager on sight! N1 city your service level has dropped!!!!
