Pathetic Service
Pathetic service received by your sales departement. I app**** for a loan, was approved, sent in my docs, and then nothing. Today I'm told I have to reapply because the application expired due to their agents neglect. Claudine Sonny Magashni ask me for docs, then threw it away and left my application to expire. Unacceptable! Your pathetic agent should be fired. I have a good mind to file a POPIA complaint.
